As of 1st January 2021, even goods travelling from the UK to Europe have to clear customs under the terms of the Brexit deal. Depending on the specific customs procedures of your delivery destination, you will need to provide documentation to ensure it can clear customs without delay.

How do I know if my item is prohibited in its delivery destination?
There are a number of items that cannot be sent via courier, that’s why we recommend checking our Prohibited Items list before booking a delivery with us. Country-specific restrictions may apply to the delivery of your international parcel too.
